Think of it as the ultimate path to a properly aligned bite and a confident smile. Orthodontics focuses on diagnosing, preventing, and correcting misaligned teeth and jaw structures. Using modern clear aligners or discreet ceramic braces, gentle controlled pressure gradually moves your teeth into their ideal position — improving both long-term oral health and facial aesthetics.

The transformation
Gentle, progressive shifts guided by clear aligners or braces to lock in a perfectly balanced smile.
Signs you may need
orthodontic care
You don't need every symptom on this list — even one is worth a consultation.
Crooked or crowded teeth
Overlapping or twisted teeth that make brushing and flossing difficult, leading to hidden plaque buildup.
Noticeable gaps or spacing
Gaps between teeth caused by missing teeth, small teeth, or jaw size discrepancies that trap food particles.
Bite misalignment issues
Overbite, underbite, or crossbite conditions where top and bottom teeth don't fit together harmoniously.
Difficulty chewing or biting
Frequent accidental cheek or roof-of-mouth biting while eating due to improper arch alignment.
Jaw popping or clicking
Strain on the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) causing pain, clicking sounds, or muscle fatigue in the jaw.
Mouth breathing or speech issues
Difficulty pronouncing certain sounds or habitual mouth breathing linked to narrow arches or jaw position.
The journey from crooked to aligned
Most of the timeline is your teeth quietly shifting into place, step by patient step.

The questions people don't say out loud about braces and aligners
Not at all — a large portion of our orthodontic patients are adults. Teeth can move at any age as long as the gums and bone are healthy.
Clear aligners and discreet brace options make treatment far less noticeable than it used to be, and plenty of adults go through it today.
There may be a brief adjustment period of a few days, especially with aligners, but most people adapt quickly and speech returns to normal.
Expect mild pressure or soreness for a couple of days after adjustments, similar to a dull ache — it's manageable and fades quickly.
This is why we fit a custom retainer at the end of treatment — wearing it as directed keeps your teeth in their new position.
With aligners, you remove them to eat, so there are no restrictions. With braces, we'll guide you on a few foods to avoid to protect the brackets.
Correcting your bite alignment can relieve jaw strain in many cases, though we'll evaluate your specific jaw concerns separately during your consult.
Let us know right away — we can move you to the next set early or provide a replacement so your treatment stays on track.
